Prive

Prive in Aventura is a project by developer Gary Cohen, BH3 and the architectural firm of Sieger-Suarez which has contributed its creative touch to many of the finest condominiums in South Florida. It's actually comprised of two buildings standing sixteen stories tall that have a fantastic location on an island off of Island Estates Drive with views of Dumfoundling Bay, the Intracoastal, the Atlantic Ocean and the cityscape of Aventura.

The Prive condo living experience is enhanced by the number of amenities with the building and throughout the property which include a two story fitness facility with massage treatment rooms, a playroom where you can keep an eye on your child, a sauna plus aerobic equipment. Prive itself offers a tremendous amount of activities but the location boosts the already large array of things to see and do. About ten to fifteen minutes to the northwest is Loehmmans and Aventura Mall, the latter one of the most popular shopping malls in South Florida which is home to restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and an IMAX movie theater. Biscayne Harbour Shopping Center is to the west or you may decide to visit the beaches to the east of Prive.
