Introduction
General Overview
Aqua is a series of three luxury mid-rise condominiums and 46 town homes on the southern division of Allison Island, with many fronting beautiful Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic. The community, which was designed along the principles of new urbanism, sits on 8.5 acres.

Aqua’s mid-rises only reach up to 11 stories high. The Gorlin building has two to four-bedroom units with living spaces ranging from just under 2,000 sq.ft. to over 3,000 sq.ft. Chatham, which only has 16 units in total, features two to three-bedroom units. Spear has 60 units with two, to four-bedroom floor plans.

Residents drive their own vehicles to get around Allison Island, but Aqua itself is a highly walkable community. Some also have private boats they use to tour the area.
